• Due to the nature of tissue paper products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns.

• Customers are advised to inspect the delivery carefully before acceptance.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided under the following specific conditions:

1. If the wrong product is delivered (not matching the order)

2. If the product is damaged during transit
   Note: Proof such as photographs or unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery for verification.

Refund Process

• Once the claim is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
